Fortunately, pizza never goes out of season—but vegetables are a different story. Here’s one way to make the most of autumn’s bounty. If you’re feeling creative, it’s worth noting that many of the vegetables in season right now would make great add-ons to our Four Cheese pizza, such as:

  • Zucchini
  • Squash
  • Eggplant
  • Broccoli
  • Artichoke
  • Avocado
  • Mushrooms

Try mixing and matching these veggies on top of a Four Cheese pizza (or even Uncured Pepperoni!) for a delicious creation that reflects your own pizzanality. Here are some of our favorites:

Earth Lover – Zucchini, Squash, and Broccoli

Mediterranean – Eggplant, Artichoke, and Mushroom

Wholesome Delight – Avocado, Mushroom, and Artichoke

Go ahead! Create your own veggie pizza—and make up a fun name for your creation while you’re at it. Our Four Cheese pizza is sure to keep you and your family warm as temperatures drop, no matter how you choose to top it.

Halloween is full of  trick-or-treating, pumpkin carving, and many other fun activities. It’s pretty much accepted that pizza is a kid-crowd-pleaser, too. So why not try making these gluten-free pizzas appear festive for the holidays? Check out these 3 fun Halloween-themed pizza ideas that you can make at home with the kids using our Four Cheese Pizza!

Gluten Free Dracula Pizza

What you’ll need:
  • 6 1/2″ Four Cheese Pizza
  • Sliced black olives
  • Pepperoni
  • Green bell pepper

Dracula may be afraid of the light, but he’d sure come out to eat one of these! All you need to do is place sliced black olives towards the top of the pizza to make it look like hair. To make the eyes, cut a piece of green bell pepper into chunks and place them where the eyes would go. Lastly, tear pieces of pepperoni off and place it on the pizza to make a mouth look as pictured. Don’t forget the fangs!  This pizza is sure to please veggie lovers too.

Gluten Free Mummy Pizza

What you’ll need:
  • 6 1/2″ Four Cheese Pizza
  • String cheese
  • Sliced black olives

If you’re a cheese lover then this Mummy Pizza is for you! Just slice string cheese horizontally, 3 times. Cross the string cheese back and forth across the pizza and leave enough room for the (olive) eyes. Slice 2 black olives and place where the eyes would go. Voilà! Your pizza has now been mummified.

Gluten Free Spider Pizza

What you’ll need:
  • 6 1/2″ Four Cheese Pizza
  • Pepperoni
  • Green bell peppers
  • Slice black olives

Scared of spiders? Beware! This spooky spider pizza is easy to make but sure to be creative for kids. Just place the pepperoni to make the body of the spider look like so. Slice a green bell pepper to make eight (or six, it doesn’t have to be literal!) even legs.  Slice 2 black olives and cut them in half again to make the eyes and you’re all done! How cute is that?

For extra fun, it’s best to use three 6 1/2″ Four Cheese Pizzas for all of these recipes. If you have more than one child, this is perfect! If you’d like to adapt any of these recipes to be used on our 10″ or 12″ Four Cheese Pizza then you are more than welcome to. After all, this time of year is all about having fun and creating memories for your kids to remember. From all of us here at Sonoma Flatbreads, we hope you have a very Happy Halloween.
